The next Ruffwear Model???

Here is my handsome dude, Fenway.  We went for a run/hop/walk on Friday morning, Oct 12, and I was able to shoot a few pictures of him.  I think he looks very strong, and very happy.

 

He has been doing incredibly well.  He has really adjusted to life on 3 legs, and he has his confidence back, 100% now.  Its wonderful to see him, frolicking in the front yard with his sister, and running around at the park.   He seems really happy.  This, of course, makes me very happy.

I am fully aware that there are still things we need to watch out for, like sticks buried under fallen leaves (yup, he tripped over one on Saturday, and took a small stumble) and holes in the ground, where other animals have burrowed, but other than that Fenway seems to be going strong.

So, this is our update.  He had his second chemo treatment last wednesday, and so far, so good.  His appetite is great, and he has no signs of stomach upset.   Phew

Praying for good days ahead.   I am fully aware that every day with him is a gift.  And I appreciate every single day !!!!

    I’m glad to hear he is doing so well.
    I was at one of our Nor Cal Tripawd meetups a few years ago, I think we had about 7 Tripawds, 5 of which were wearing the Ruffwear harness. One of our members commented “This looks like a advertizement for Ruff Wear!”

    Before I stared hanging around here I had never heard of Ruff Wear.
